  • Are your products safe for food?

All our products undergo a thorough safety assessment before hitting the market. Each product is tested for safety as per FSSAI and CPCB guidelines in an independent third party lab.

Each formulation is approved by respective Authority. Once manufactured, our products pass a 12 point quality as per our QC standards before the product reaches you.

For best results, we recommend to always follow the directions of use. If you have questions about any materials we use, please reach out to us via our contact page and our representative will provide a response.

  • Where do you ship to?
We are currently shipping to India only. Please watch out this space for information on international shipping. Across India, we ship to over 16,000 pincodes.

  • How long will my order take?
We usually ship within 24 working hours after receiving an order. Once shipped, our logistics partner can take anywhere from 2 to 5 days, to get the order delivered to you. Users in metro cities can expect a faster delivery speed (maybe within 3 days).
  • What is your Return / Refund or Cancellation Policy?

  • Do you customize orders?
Yes, we do customised orders based on the required basic Minimum Orders that varies for different product ranges. Please get in touch with us through info@repakglobal or +91 91235 95838 during the working hours, to get your customised packaging for your brand.
  • Do you have Cash on Delivery?
