• The dispatch time for international orders is 10-20 days. You will receive notifications via SMS or email about the status of your orders.

• Repak global is not to be held responsible for any custom duties, VAT fees or charges levied on the shipment. This will have to be paid by the customer. We do not control and are not liable for any additional taxes or charges levied by your country on imports (as a buyer, you are considered an importer).

• If customers refuse to accept delivery of orders charged with duties, boxes will be destroyed by authorities and the customer cannot claim refund.

• Every International order is applicable for standard shipping charges.

• Unboxing video of the order is mandatory for raising any discrepancies.

• We have attempted to list every item to prevent any external or extra charges. However, in the rare case this does occur, the product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged and the order(s) cannot be cancelled for this reason.
