Returns & Cancellation

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to process and must cancel even if approved. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include unavailability of stocks, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing and information or misprint.

  • We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. In case we are not able to process your order within 15 working days, we will initiate a refund. In case we receive a cancellation notice from the customer and the order has not been processed/ approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the amount with 20% deduction on the order value.
  • We aim to process the order as early as possible and hence do not encourage any cancellation post order processing.
  • Any change in the order(s) are subjective based on the decision of the Management and availability.
  • Orders that leave the warehouse will be charged ₹250 as minimum amount for any cancellation or returns
  • There will be no refund or return accepted for orders placed during SALE or products that are being sold on offer.
  • Return or refund will be initiated only on the wrong product being dispatched by Repak Global or associated partners.
  • In case of return / refund, the product(s) purchased should be returned in the actual quality / way of packaging. Opened / Used products will not be accepted for refund / return.
  • Refund / Return / Change of product will be initiated only upon physical receipt of receiving the order / consignment by courier or submission to Repak Global.

  • Orders caused by the shipping partners / associated companies do not qualify for return or refund.
  • The transport costs of the return will always be borne by the customer. We will not accept returns sent using cash on delivery.
  • In no case will the amount paid for the delivery of your order be returned once you have been charged.
  • Unboxing video of the order or image / video of the product if damaged is mandatory for raising any claims, upon which the final decision shall be by the management.
  • Describe the reason for return in the form given in the Product Return / Refund / Cancellation page, and select your preferred refund method if complied by the above points. Please note that the discount voucher reimbursement will be made immediately upon receipt of the merchandise and the refund on the account can take up to 14 days to be made from the date of confirmation.
