Order Processing
All the online orders with the final cart value of Rs.100 and above are eligible for processing. Our average order processing time is 2-4 business working days. During the occasion of store-wide and super popular sales, our processing times may extend a bit longer. We do not count the day; the order is placed as a processing day. Day 1 is the business day after your order is placed. Custom orders do not qualify for the above-mentioned shipping and delivery timelines.
Delivery Time
As soon as your order is processed from our end, one of our Logistics partners will come and pick up your order from our warehouse. The order is automatically assigned to a particular logistics partner based on your delivery location. From the day your order has been picked, you will receive it anywhere between 1-10 working days depending on your location. Repak Global will not take responsibility for the damage or box unsealed while transporting, it’s purely the sole responsibility of the customer due to a third-party involvement in the logistics.

Payment
All payments must be fully paid before we can process the order.
Lead-Time
We confirm a lead time of 1-15 working days to process the bulk orders based on the product. If our regular stock is in an “overstock” situation, we will pull from our stock inventory and ship the order immediately.
Returns & Refunds
No refunds or returns or cancellations on bulk orders will be entertained.
